General cleaning of the Villa including exterior facilities such as swimming pool shower and BBQ. All the essential cleaning materials will be supplied by Spinner’s. The maids hours will depend on the size of the villa and the number of people in residence. Depending on the condition of the villa it may be necessary more or less time for preparation for arrivals and departures.

POOL MAINTENANCE

The services provided are listed below including the use of our own equipment:
Chemical test and balance; Determining product requirements; Skim and vacuum, Cleaning filters, baskets and cells as required; Control of the PH levels; Ensuring the filtration and correct functioning of the water circulation; Maintenance of the water level

W alt water pools including pumps, filters, chlorinators, automatic cleaners. plumbing jobs and leak repairs with quotations subject to the owners approval.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE

Garden maintenance will vary depending on the size and the existing plants of the garden. This includes the following:
Cutting and edging the lawn; Pruning hedges and bushes; Water pots and flowerbeds; Weeding and keeping flower beds clean; Checking irrigation; Removal of garden rubbish; Cleaning pathways.
This will ensure that your garden looks its best all year round.
